Weird And Bad Design Failures That Could Have Gone Better

We're not gonna sit here and say we could make a better giant taco statue, but if it was our job to make big ceramic tacos that don't look like something fifty people have taken a dump in, we'd definitely say that we could make a better taco.

Designing things is a hard thing to do. You never know quite how something is gonna turn out in the end. Or, you probably should, but a lot of the people behind these seem to have flown by the seat of their pants, like Icarus, and got their pants burned, like a liar liar.

A minimal amount of forethought could probably have prevented a lot of this, but forethought is often in short supply so it is what it is. For some more times people put their design skills to the test and failed, here are design failures that could have used some effort.
